• Design and implement prototypes of key technologies or products.
• Design and implement core feature improvements.
• Research and follow trends from industry companies, open-source communities and academia.
• Review design and implementation and ensure it is aligned with long term vision and roadmap.

• BS or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years experience as a senior development engineer.
• 3 years experience of building large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Good communication, self‑motivation, engineering practice, and working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure or AI infrastructure.
• Familiar with at least one of the areas: GPU Infra (GPU cluster management, job scheduling, collective communication libraries, etc.), Machine learning frameworks and engines, like training frameworks, Inference engines (vLLM, SGLang, etc.), or Server hardware platform technologies (next‑gen CPU, DPU, GPU, CXL, etc.)

• Experience of building industry‑leading public‑cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience of academic publications.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187,040 - $359,720 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
