About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Mobile Tech Lead to guide the development of high‑quality, cross‑platform mobile applications. This role focuses on leading technical execution, ensuring best practices, and collaborating closely with the Mobile Architect to deliver scalable and secure solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android using cross‑platform frameworks.
- Collaborate with the Mobile Architect to implement architectural decisions and ensure alignment with overall design.
- Drive code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems and cloud services.
- Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Contribute to performance optimization and security improvements.
- 8+ years in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Cross‑Platform:
Ionic & Capacitor with Angular. - iOS:
Swift, Swift
UI, XCTest (or equivalent). - Android:
Java/Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Espresso (or equivalent). - Cloud Integration:
Firebase. - Experience with React Native.
- AWS knowledge.
- Performance profiling and optimization.
- Mobile UI/UX principles.
