Bus Driver - Paratransit

Transdev is looking for an experienced bus driver to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest professional standards and customer service.

• Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
• Starting pay: $28.35/hour with progression to $35.28 at 16+ years.

• Vacation: 1 week (40 hrs) after 1 year, 2 weeks (80 hrs) after 2 years, 3 weeks (120 hrs) after 5 years, 4 weeks (160 hrs) after 20 years
• Paid Sick Leave: 5 days/year
• Medical, dental, vision after 60 days
• All Benefits subject to Union Collective Bargaining Agreement

• Follow routes, schedules, safety protocols, traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional passenger care, smooth boarding, comfortable rides.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; report maintenance; maintain cleanliness.
• Uphold company policies: seat belt enforcement, emergency response, regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Excellent communication & customer service.
• Available for shift/flexible schedules.
• Subject to DOT drug testing & physical.

• Work outside in varying temperatures; 100% outside.
• Sit extended periods; walk long distances.
• Push/pull up to 50 lbs, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in heavy traffic, dust, fumes, noise.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen.
