A Driver (Non‑CDL) for WeDrive

U drives a non‑commercial vehicle following safety protocol, schedules, pre‑determined routes to transport corporate employees between various stops.

• Exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and escape any issues.
• Compliance with all traffic laws, and federal and state transit regulations.
• Interact with customers and our central dispatch team and managers in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all riders, i.e., answer questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays.
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance, road and route concerns, accidents, and other traffic disruptions using two‑way radios or hands‑free devices.

• Use route navigation apps and other technology, including knowledge of area to pick up and drop off our customers.
• Maintain electronic logs to track routes and incidents.
• Ability to safely operate and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and forty‑five minutes.
• Ability to drive in fluctuating weather and terrain.
• Flexible scheduled to work outside of regular days and shifts.
• Comfortable working a split shift schedule.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers.
• Additional skills and physical demands may apply.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of driving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
