We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in San Jose, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

CBA Position: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
- Starting pay: $28.35/hour with progression to $35.28 at 16+ years.
- Vacation:
- 1 week (40 hours) paid vacation after 1 full year of service
- 2 weeks (80 hours) paid vacation after 2 full years of service
- 3 weeks (120 hours) paid vacation after 5 full years of service
- 4 weeks (160 hours) paid vacation after 20 full years of service
- Paid Sick Leave: 5 days accrued per year of employment
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits available following 60 days of employment.

- Safety-Focused Operations:
Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations. - Passenger Care:
Exhibit care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation. - Vehicle Vigilance:
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness. - Adherence to Protocols:
Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance. - Other duties as required
- 21 years or older
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions; 100% of the job is performed outside, often in remote locations.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds; lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; bend, kneel, or crouch to reach files or equipment stored at ground level.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
