Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor supports daily and event operations by assisting with the receiving, organization, and distribution of products in a high-volume environment. The role supports accurate and compliant receiving processes, maintains inventory rotation and storage standards, and helps ensure a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
Responsibilities include completing basic receiving documentation, verifying product deliveries, organizing and stocking inventory, and safe utilization of heavy machinery (e.g., pallet jacks). The position also assists with deliveries to various locations within the building, routine cleaning tasks, and general support of departmental operations. Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
Compensation DataCOMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities- Receive, verify, and document incoming deliveries in accordance with established receiving procedures.
- Check invoices against delivered items, note discrepancies, and complete required receiving and rejection logs.
- Stock, sort, rotate, and organize products in designated storage areas, ensuring proper food safety and handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, freezers, refrigerators, and the loading dock.
- Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move or transport products.
- Prepare and complete product transfers to other locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to delivery safety guidelines.
- Support event operations by preparing, transporting, and stocking needed inventory, in addition to fulfilling other requests in a timely manner.
- Report damaged, expired, or non-compliant items to management promptly.
- Collect and remove waste, recyclables, and return products as required.
- Assist with daily and event-based cleaning tasks, including general sanitation of work areas.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and emergency protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and service teams to support operational needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and venue operations.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or event setup is preferred. Familiarity with handling food and beverages, operating basic warehouse equipment, and working in fast‑paced environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to transport products and operate material‑handling equipment.
- Ability to work in environments that may vary in temperature or involve exposure to event‑related conditions (e.g., cold temperatures).
