- Line Technician
The Line Technician position offers a pay scale with the following elements:
Base hourly wage between $33.00 and $67.00. It may also include a production bonus based on individual or team performance, ranging from $0.00 (if benchmarks are not met) up to an unlimited amount, and a retention bonus of $1.25 per booked hour.

- Clean and Professional Work Environment
- Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including oil changes, brakes, fluid exchanges, etc.
- Perform safety inspections.
- Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and estimates.
- Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
- Experience at an automotive dealership preferred.
- Strong understanding of the service drive.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dexterity and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new technology and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and insurability.
- Willingness to submit to drug screening and background check.
