Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate animal lovers who provide our human and pet guests with “wow” service. Our CSRs are our first points of contact with our guests and are focused on building great relationships.

- Lead main lobby operations: check‑ins, check‑outs, guest visits, tours, and answering general questions
- Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and guest areas
- Scheduling and file maintenance
- Data entry
- Welcome both human and pet guests
- Identify animal body language and behavior
- Follow safe handling procedures
- Check pets in and out, escorting them to and from their rooms while providing excellent customer service
- Takes reservations over the phone
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with management
- Love of animals
- Professional manner at all times
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Lift/carry at least 40 pounds
- Stand/walk for eight hours a day
- Work in fast‑paced environment
- Work on computer system
- Handle dogs on leashes and work in environment with disinfectants, animal dander and excretions
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of professional animal experience
