Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer with the flexibility to work remotely or in the office. The Mortgage Loan Officer will build relationships with clients, evaluate financial information, recommend appropriate loan solutions, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. They will also collaborate with processors and underwriters to enable timely loan approvals and closings, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

- Experience as a Loan Officer or in the Mortgage Industry
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending practices and Underwriting guidelines
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess financial data and recommend loan options
- Familiarity with Non‑QM, FHA, VA, Reverse, and hard money loan programs is preferred
- Active NMLS license and compliance with state licensing requirements
- Proficient in loan origination software and related tools
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experiences in ?
