Ensures daily operations run safely, efficiently, and comply with regulatory and customer requirements. Directly supports drivers and frontline teams while maintaining service commitments across all assigned routes.

• Lead daily route execution and driver performance
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service
• Monitor productivity, safety, and attendance
• Resolve service issues and support customer needs
• Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations or service environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Solid waste experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
