We offer a Per Diem RN position with a pay‑per‑visit compensation model. The pay per visit ranges from $50 to $160, commensurate with experience and type of visit. The compensation reflected on this posting is an estimate of yearly compensation.

As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide nursing care to homebound patients in San Diego County and Orange County. Your responsibilities include:

• Hands‑on supervision of activities such as medical necessity review, initial assessments, continued stay review, discharge planning, and other duties as required.
• Utilize all elements of the nursing process, assess and evaluate patient/client status, and provide professional nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, and maintain a safe environment for the patient/client.
• Teach patients, clients, and families/caregivers self‑care techniques as appropriate.
• Travel to patients' homes throughout the day as part of our innovative team nursing model, which pairs an RN with an LVN, therapists, and CHHAs.

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing; a BSN is preferred.
• Currently licensed to practice as an RN in the state of practice.
• Clinical knowledge of various disease processes.
• One year of acute nursing experience in medical, surgical, and/or critical care (Home health experience is preferred).
• Excellent observation, good nursing judgment, and good oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑directing, flexible, and cooperative in fulfilling your role obligations.
