Responsibilities
Performance Expectations (Showing Assistant Specific)
- Open House Participation
- Complete PLACE Open House Certification
- Leverage Open House Tools and Resources
- Host a minimum of 2 open houses per month
- Circle prospect or door knock around open house locations
- Lead Conversion & Client Engagement
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Follow up with open house attendees
- Enter lead data into CRM if they are expected to transact within 5 years
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Utilize PLACE and Brivity tools for lead tracking and management
- Team Integration & Obtain Certifications
- Complete PLACE Launch an Agent Program
- Complete recommended courses in PLACE Academy
- Accountability
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Friday Partner Call
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities and weekly trainings per team standards
- Track weekly activities in Brivity CRM
- Transaction Process Participation
- Submit offers within 24 hours of acceptance
- Secure buyer representation agreements
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Maintain consistent client communication (at least weekly)
- Utilize PLACE and Brivity tools for all transactions
Required Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate License Must hold and maintain a valid real estate salesperson or broker license.
- Association & MLS Memberships Responsible for joining and maintaining membership with a local REALTOR association and MLS, and covering associated fees and dues.
- Compliance & Ethics Must operate in full compliance with:
- State and federal real estate laws
- Code of Ethics (NAR and local boards)
- eXp Realty policies
- PLACE and Team compliance standards
- Professional Conduct Required to communicate professionally with clients, staff, and team members.
- Technology Use Learn PLACE and team systems for transactions, listing management, and client engagement and use Brivity CRM platform daily to track all activity
