Junior Software Developer - Automation Solutions

Full Time, Exempt.

$70,000 - $115,000, annually. DOE.

We are seeking candidates that can work on-site at our service center located in San Juan Capistrano, CA or Salt Lake City, UT. This position offers a hybrid work option after a 90-day probationary period (not fully remote).

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in enhancing and modernizing existing applications, processes, and integrations.
• Support projects involving both on-premises systems and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Participate in data integration tasks, including connecting to SQL databases, APIs, and file-based data sources.
• Help develop and configure workflows and applications using low-code and BPM platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and participate in iterative improvements.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to refine and communicate your own ideas more effectively.

• Education/Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and expertise in software design, development, and architecture.
