Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide organized and accurate administrative and secretarial support to the CEO's Administrative Assistant and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role supports daily operations through effective coordination of schedules, meetings, communications, travel, and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, events, executive calendars, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents.

Organize, maintain, and digitize records and files.

Support special projects and internal communications.

Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a role providing direct support to management.
