The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (San Juan VA Medical Center) is seeking Board-Certified Hospitalists (Internal Medicine) to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. - 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (24-hour practice coverage).
- Structured yet flexible to ensure work-life balance.
Who We re Looking For:
- Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine (required).
- Experience in inpatient/acute care settings (preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish (essential for patient care).
- Strong teamwork & leadership skills must thrive in a teaching hospital environment.
