As the Senior Region Manager, you will drive explosive sales growth and dynamic energy across your territory. You’ll spearhead all sales activities with bottlers and retailers, manage bottler business results, and execute joint business plans with bottling partners. You will lead a high‑energy field sales team, energize bottler sales, and ensure top‑notch implementation of national and local marketing programs. Your goal is to achieve budget targets and skyrocket market share.
TheImpact You’ll Make
- Lead the market sales team to achieve the annual business plan.
- Develop and execute joint business plans and quarterly sales and marketing initiatives.
- Attract, recruit, develop, and retain sales talent.
- Manage high‑level bottler relationships with sales center leadership.
- Utilize Monster Energy company tools (CRM, surveys, training tools, sales data software, asset allocation, internal social platforms) to maximize productivity.
- Train bottler sales representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing promotions.
- Sell at retail, aligned with quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and cold/ambient equipment placement.
- Lead and develop region crew drives, market audits, company meetings, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings.
- Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in sales, marketing in the beverage industry or consumer packaged goods.
- 3–5 years of experience executing strategic sales plans and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of forecasting, Nielsen, IRI, and other sales reporting systems.
