Sales Representative – Wound Care

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative – Wound Care to support its expansion across Puerto Rico . In this field-based role, you will be responsible for promoting a specialized portfolio of wound care products, developing key relationships with physicians and clinics, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new physicians, wound care clinics, and hospitals
• Conduct in-person visits, product demonstrations, and clinical presentations
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Track and report on territory activity, customer feedback, and sales performance
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare services
• Knowledge of wound care is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and able to manage a territory independently
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
