SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technology affinity
  • Deep knowledge of how to sell IT services, solutions and licenses
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
  • 2‑4 years proven overall work experience selling Microsoft licenses, IT services and solutions
  • Preferably having Microsoft certifications: MS‑900 or higher
  • Understanding Microsoft Cloud solutions
  • Self‑Management and Time‑Management
  • Negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities
MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Executing sales strategies as a Sales Executive within designated markets
  • Collaborating closely with the Inova Solutions Marketing Team to generate brand new leads
  • Effectively transforming prospective leads into viable opportunities
  • Facilitating seamless communication and coordination between customers and Inova Solutions' Technology Professionals
  • Meeting and surpassing financial targets and other key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements impacting our customers' sectors
  • Demonstrating proficiency in managing relationships with C‑Suite executives
  • Adhering to all Inova Solutions' policies, procedures and administrative protocols
  • Taking the lead in generating and managing the entire sales and account management lifecycle for customers
  • Cultivating and nurturing key customer relationships while actively pursuing new business prospects in the Puerto Rican market
  • Assisting with activities related to the Customer Care Program
  • Maintaining consistent and effective communication channels with customers
  • Successfully achieving and maintaining any certifications outlined in the training plan
  • Undertaking and complying with any other procedural and or administrative responsibilities and or obligations
  • Any other activity related to the position.
