Clinic Support (Strong administrative skills)
Make a difference in patient care! Join our Primary Care Clinic and be the administrative support to our Clinic & Quality Manager. The Clinic Support performs a variety of confidential support, data projects, and administrative duties related to clinical care and operations.
Responsibilities- Performs a variety of administrative support tasks, including routine and confidential tasks, reports and communications to internal and external stakeholders, and special projects.
- Gather, interpret and compile data for analysis and presentations.
- Assist with quality assignments and data tracking.
- Assist in maintaining clinic policies, procedures, and forms data base.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, including calendar invites, in-person and virtual logistics, agendas, materials, taking minutes, and tracking to ensure timely follow-up of meeting action items.
- Coordinate schedules, trainings and calendars for assigned staff.
- Assist in the preparation of data for internal and external reports by leveraging EHR tools and resources.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits as necessary.
- Assist with the completion of applications or submissions to external parties.
- Assist with special projects and clinic initiatives as requested.
- Application management. Highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding functionality of all software applications. Maintains and updates all software configurations to support needs of the clinical staff (EHR, Document management, Fax Server, Patient portal).
- Other duties as assigned
- 2 years strong administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills, and skills creating spreadsheets, charts and graphs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to take initiative to ensure all tasks performed are complete, timely and accurate.
