The ideal candidate will forecast demand, support reporting and analysis, and collaborate closely with teams across merchandising, marketing, and sales. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in apparel or footwear, are required. Strong proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel is crucial for success in this role.
