Alameda Health System (AHS) is seeking Psychiatrists for Per Diem, Varied shifts in the Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) at the nationally recognized John George Psychiatric Hospital

John George is conveniently located in the San Francisco Bay Area, just south of Oakland. San Francisco is just a short drive away. The department’s mission is to provide the best comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health services to adults with mental illness in Alameda County.
Psychiatrist Salary
- Day 8-hour shifts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education
:
Graduate of an accredited school of medicine or osteopathic medicine with an MD or DO.
Required Experience
:
Prior experience in community mental health services systems.
Required Licenses/Certifications
:
Valid CA License to practice Medicine and Certification in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
