Well look no further for this exciting opportunity to join Davis Street Community Center as our Chief Medical Officer. Davis Street Community Center helps low-income families of San Leandro and surrounding communities at our Primary Care Clinic providing medical, dental and behavioral health services to adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for clinic services including medical, dental, and behavioral health.
• Manage clinic Directors and Administrative support.
• Represent Davis Street and build new partnerships throughout the community.
• Work in coordination with the CEO and CFO in budget planning and implementation.
• Initiate and guide new programs and services to meet the needs of our patients
• Attend internal and external meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of Medicine with a MD or DO degree
• Current California Physician license and DEA license
• 5 years management/leadership experience within the healthcare industry, FQHC experience a plus
• Experience leading clinic leadership teams toward successful outcomes
• Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
• Sensitivity to and experience working with diverse racial/ethnic communities
• Commitment to the mission and values of Davis Street
