Senior Financial Analyst

Energy Recovery, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in our San Leandro, CA facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financial analysis that supports decision making across the organization, including budgeting/forecasting, materials for investor and board meetings, pricing and cost optimization and other ad‑hoc analysis.

Controls Engineer

Energy Recovery, Inc. is seeking a Controls Engineer who can own the full lifecycle of automation and controls systems across our machining and ceramic production operations. You will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining PLC‑based controls, integrating sensors and automation hardware, and supporting capital projects that unlock capacity and process stability. This role is highly cross‑functional and requires someone who can be on the shop floor, diagnose issues quickly, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.

Manufacturing Engineer, Tooling

Energy Recovery, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full‑time job opening for the position of Senior Manufacturing/Tooling Engineer, with the Advanced Process & Manufacturing Engineering team in the San Leandro, CA facility. This position is responsible for ideating, designing and implementing effective manufacturing processes and techniques to produce Energy Recovery’s energy recovery devices and other fluid machinery products for diverse industrial markets.

In addition, the candidate will be the POC for specific processes and will own the process yield, technical specifications, procedures, tools and process improvement projects for those processes. A suitable candidate will have prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with CNC machining, grinding, assembly lines, chemical processing, material handling and heat‑treatment operations.

Senior Manager, Equipment Maintenance, Infrastructure and Facilities

Energy Recovery, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full‑time job opening for the position of Senior Manager, Equipment Maintenance, Infrastructure & Facilities with the Operations team in the San Leandro facility. This position is for a strategic and hands‑on leader accountable for driving equipment reliability, maintenance excellence, and infrastructure performance. Ensures all production assets, utilities, and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production and business goals.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for leading cross‑functional engineering initiatives to enhance plant performance, operational repeatability, and safety standards. A suitable candidate will have prior experience running the maintenance and reliability initiatives for critical production equipment and facilities in a highly optimized manufacturing environment.
