Our client is a construction company.## The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead hardware and software integration for complex electromechanical equipment, covering system bring-up, testing and the handover between hardware and software teams. The role suits an engineer who likes hands-on work, enjoys building a new function from the ground up, and is comfortable travelling to deployment sites.##

What you'll do
* ** Design and refine multi-part
** electromechanical systems.
* ** Integrate sensors and actuators
** into complete systems.
* ** Improve the interfaces between mechanical**, electrical and software components.
* ** Build out the integration
** and test function from the ground up.
* ** Lead the handover
** of work from hardware to software.

* Experience leading full-system integration, bring-up and handoff from hardware to software.
* Substantial background working at young, quick-moving organizations.
* Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechanical, electrical or software engineering, or a related field.
* Experience working with

* Comfort writing code in a high-level scripting language and a lower-level systems language.
