We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – React to lead enterprise React framework initiatives and manage the React WebUI Center of Excellence (COE). This role blends hands-on technical expertise with project leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive consistency, scalability, and quality across React-based applications.

, combined with proven experience managing complex, multi-team technical initiatives.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise React framework components
- Drive the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the React WebUI Center of Excellence (COE)
- Establish governance standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries
- Promote enterprise-wide adoption of standardized UI components and patterns
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and technical constraints
- Ensure alignment between engineering, product, design, and QA teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and project-related inquiries
- Facilitate communication across multiple engineering teams
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and unblock delivery challenges
- Prepare and present project dashboards, status updates, and reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth integration of React components into broader platforms and applications
Required
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years in technical project management or senior software engineering
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- React.js
- Solid understanding of:
- APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Component-based architecture and design systems
- Experience with:
- Version control systems (Git)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience building or managing UI design systems or frontend COEs
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise or multi-team environments
- Background working closely with UX/design systems teams
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and performance optimization
- A well-governed, scalable React framework adopted across teams
- Clear standards, documentation, and reusable components in place
- Strong collaboration and alignment across engineering, design, QA, and product
- On-time delivery of React initiatives with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction
