Salary:

Director of Nursing supervises daily clinical operations of the facility and manages the clinical and clerical staff in accordance with established Federal, State and accreditation regulations and guidelines, as well as established the Center policies and procedures. Oversees patient care activities in preoperative, postoperative and intraoperative. Supervises purchasing department for procurement of required supplies, controlled drugs, and equipment. Responsible for staff development, orientation and staff discipline and appraisals.

Current California RN license, BLS and ACLS. BSN required. Minimum three(3) years of ambulatory surgery experience as a registered nurse with one (1) years of administrative/management experience. Knowledge of AAAHC, Life Safety, and CMS regulation and survey process for Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
