Schedule: Full-time, Exempt
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 DOE + commission

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys client relationships, property walks, and turning ideas into well-executed projects.
Position: Account Manager
Location: Bay Area | In-person
Schedule: Full-time, Exempt
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 DOE + commission
- Manage relationships with HOA and commercial clients
- Conduct regular property walks and identify enhancement opportunities
- Prepare and present clear proposals and estimates
- Sell and manage enhancement projects and support maintenance renewals
- Coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and quality
- Collaborate with field leadership and ownership to ensure client satisfaction
- 5+ years in landscape account management, estimating, or project management
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and plant materials
- Proven ability to build trust and grow accounts
- Organized, responsive, and confident in client-facing situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Quick Books/estimating software a plus)
- Valid California driver’s license;
Spanish bilingual a plus
- Base salary: $85K–$95K DOE
- Commission: 2% on enhancement and new contract sales (3% after year one)
