Albin Engineering Services, Inc. () is looking for a senior Commercial Fire Alarm and Protection business development and Quoting/Estimating individual for one of our FAST‑growing premier clients in the East Bay, CA area. They are looking for an experienced high level, knowledgeable, independent‑self‑starter, fast paced multitasking individual to join their Fire Alarm/Protection systems division as a full‑time, direct hire. They are growing and expanding in the Bay Area‑Northern & Southern CA.
Using your experience/knowledge of "Commercial" Fire Alarm and Protection Systems and your connections in Northern California, you will be taking the lead on bringing in business opportunities and quoting and estimating full jobs for "Commercial" Fire Alarm and Protection services. Their target is commercial building TIs and ground‑up build outs. You will be working onsite at high‑tech companies, schools, refineries, government buildings, server rooms, clean rooms, industrial settings such as power plants, and multi‑unit residential and commercial buildings.

- Previous experience with "Commercial" Fire Alarm and Protection Systems is a MUST
- Experience dealing with NFPA codes
- Self‑starting individual with little supervision
- Strong experience with bringing in the right business, estimating full jobs, costs.
- Strong group problem solving skills in hectic situations.
- Provide a portfolio of projects to show your previous projects.
- Ability to travel around the Bay Area going to job sites and being onsite at the East Bay HQ required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean driving record (due to having a company vehicle)

Pay range based on experience: $80,+ base salary, along with profitability commissions and full family benefits.
