Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part‑time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2‑8.

Castro Valley and San Leandro

We are looking for a part‑time coach to work in Castro Valley and San Leandro.

Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available)

• Hours between M‑F, 8:30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-1pm)
• Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.

• Competitive Base Pay
• The training rate is $22/hour
• After completing training, pay is $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time).
• Pay can be up to $35/hour through advancement

Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)

Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional

Saturdays: mornings are required

A full ten‑week commitment is required to take on a lead role.

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
