As Route Driver/ Warehouse Floater, you will play a dynamic role by supporting warehouse operations and delivering water/coffee products to customers. This versatile position is essential to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and customer satisfaction.

• Load and accurately inventory product and equipment orders
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests to fill customer orders
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Provide great communication skills with employees
• Safely use warehouse equipment, including forklift, and perform basic repairs
• Count inventory to determine supply needs
• Check dates on product and pull all expired products
• Serve as backup to Route Drivers
• Deliver 5‑gallon water bottles
• Drive company‑owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products to customers
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Starting hourly rate of $19.00 and $23.00

• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
• Past driving experience preferred
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day
