Driver​/Warehouse

We are hiring a Full‑Time Driver for our San Leandro, CA location to provide warehouse and back‑up delivery driving support. The Driver will deliver electrical materials to various job sites and facilities, create daily delivery routes, verify material on the truck, and coordinate with the dispatch manager for route changes. The role also includes general warehouse duties and forklift operation.

• Check orders for delivery.
• Drive assigned routes.
• Deliver material to job sites or facilities.
• Communicate with the dispatch manager throughout driving routes.
• Unload any RGA’s or should‑calls from the route.
• Verify material for the second route of the day.
• Clean the yard, stock pipe, and clean trucks.

• Operate a forklift to move or retrieve material from high areas in the warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse duties after completing delivery routes.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years of route delivery experience in a wholesale supply and distribution environment.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and communicate effectively with customers/vendors and employees.
• Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, use hands, handle, feel, talk, or hear; walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The salary will be determined based on geographic location, experience, education, and other factors. Base pay is just one component of the total rewards program offered by Edges Electrical Group.
