• Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaged materials, finished goods, and non‑conforming materials.
• Operate RF scanners, hand‑held devices, and ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse) to confirm material quantities and locations.
• Utilize manual lifts, reach trucks, and transfer equipment safely (requires applicable training and certification).
• Ensure materials are stored in proper locations and investigate and resolve misclassified inventory.
• Report inventory discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damaged goods, to supervision.
• Publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics and performance reports.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
• Train warehouse staff on inventory control procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials specific to electrical distribution logistics.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new hires and provide ongoing training for existing team members.
• Promote full‑time and proper use of PPE and uphold all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support logistics and inventory operations.

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum of five (5) years of electrical distribution or electrical wholesale experience.
• Knowledge of inventory system (Eclipse ERP experience preferred).
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook.

• Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in extremely hot, cold, or dusty environments.

San Leandro, CA – 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Hours may vary, and overtime may be required.

This is a non‑exempt position and pays between $20.67 – $27.57 per hour. The range reflects figures based on the primary location within California and may differ by role location.
