Warehouse Team Member - 2nd Shift

Location: San Leandro, CA

Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, Monday - Friday (with overtime & weekends available)

Payrate: $24.30 / hour (eligible for $1.00 shift differential)

This role is a key part of our North Beach Distribution Center. As a picking team member, you will manage customer orders in a fast‑paced warehouse, performing activities such as pallet building, order status communication, forklift/pallet jack operation and adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Use a scanner to track and pick products accurately, ensuring zero defects.
• Build pallets and cycle count orders, handling over 2,000+ cases per day while maintaining accuracy.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely, conduct pre‑shift inspections, and transport pallets as needed.
• Communicate time‑sensitive information and keep team members informed.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, providing sustainable solutions.
• Support other functions and shifts as needed, fostering teamwork and reliability.

• Distribution expertise, including WMS proficiency and FEFO understanding.
• Attention to detail: accurate order picking and pallet building.

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience (minimum 2 years required).
• 2 years of forklift driver experience with current certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and scanner technology.
• Basic arithmetic and mathematics knowledge.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Eligible for a $1.00 shift differential.
