Civil Engineer - Land Development role at 4
Creeks, Inc. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $/yr.
- Design a wide variety of private development projects such as single-family or multi-family housing subdivisions, commercial real estate development projects, and industrial parks, under the direction of a licensed Civil Engineer on the Land Development team.
- Manage project budgets, build client relationships, ensure quality control of Land Development projects, and oversee overall project management.
- Manage and mentor Engineers-In-Training and CAD Production staff as applicable.
- Work in both office and field environments. Field work is at project sites within approximately 50 miles of Visalia, with potential for out-of-town travel or extended stays.
- Minimum of 3-5 years post-licensure experience in civil engineering and project management.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Working knowledge in preparation of plans and engineering design for various projects; strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using AutoCAD (version 2019 or higher; Civil 3D preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Salary will be determined by candidate skill and experience level and is highly competitive with industry standards. Benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses. The expected pay range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary.
