Position: Engineering in Training (EIT) - Land Development

Engineering in Training (EIT) - Land Development

as an Engineer-in-Training focused on Land Development. This role offers the opportunity to work under the direction of a Professional Engineer on our Land Development team, contributing to a variety of civil engineering projects.

Base Pay Range

$32.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Preparing calculations, technical reports, exhibits, and construction plans.
  • Drafting topographic surveys, spreadsheet calculations, and technical specifications.
  • Conducting site visits and documenting site conditions for typical civil engineering projects.
  • Primarily office-based duties.
Minimum Qualifications
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge in preparation of plans, engineering design for various projects, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Engineer-In-Training Certificate.
  • Experience using AutoCAD (2009 or higher, Civil 3D preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Compensation

Salary will be determined by skill and experience level and is competitive with industry standards. The benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), and performance bonuses.
