Urban Air Mobility (UAM)/Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) andfutureproductdevelopment.

• Day-to-daymanagementoftheflighttestteammembersincludingpilotsandengineersbymaintainingascheduleoftasksanddeliverables
• Applycollaborativeapproachwithtoflighttestteamtoexecuteflyingonboardexperimentalaircraftand/orunmannedflyingvehicleoperationasacrewvmemberfollowingappropriatetraining.
• Communicationandcoordinationofeffortsrelatingtotestingactivitieswithallotherdisciplines
• Testdocumentationandreporting,includingtechnicalreviewandgenerationoftestplans,instructions,testlimitationsandpostflightreports.
• Coordinationoftestaircraftandexperimentalequipmentconfigurationfortest.
• Conductandimplementsafetyandriskmitigationproceduresasdefinedbycompanypolicies,andcompliancewithFAARegulations(befamiliarwithFAAOrder
  4040.26B).
• Ensuretestteamisadequatelytrainedfortheappropriatemissionsincludingmannedandunmannedaircraftoperationsandtelemetryroomstaff.

• Bachelors degree
• 10+yearstestexperienceexperienceworkinginaircraftdevelopmentprojectswithhands-onflighttestengineeringorflighttestpilotexperienceworkinggroundand/orflighttest
• Experienceleadingflighttestprogramsorprojects
• Fundamentalknowledgeofaircraftperformance,mechanical,structure,material,
• andelectricalengineeringwithaeronauticalengineeringisrequired.
• Full-timeworkingon-siteatthecompanyflighttestcenterand/orofficerequired.
• Experienceinthe Flight Testand Certificationrolesoratleastonefull FAA
• certificationprogramPart
  23/25/27/29(fromfirstflighttocertification).
• Privateorcommercialpilotlicense
