• Provide excellent client service by acknowledging inquiries promptly, identifying needs, offering appropriate products, and responding in a timely manner.
• Engage clients and prospects in financial reviews to uncover additional financial needs and provide solutions.
• Make recommendations and follow through on commitments to clients kumbe.
• Maintain direct contact with external and internal clients, providing proactive solutions aligned with the bank’s Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
• Open consumer and business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Originate consumer loans independently and accurately.
• Originate business loans independently or with minimal assistance.
• Act as a resource to the teller, contributing to the team environment with teller functions when needed.
• Support the branch goal of identifying and referring a wide range of bank products and services to appropriate internal business partners.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of teller or other banking experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending. Members /li>
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts, and perform accurate calculations.
• Proficient in expanding client relationships with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing ones.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days required.

The pay range for this role is $[Position/Area Minimum to Position/Area 1.2 Compa Ratio].

The pay rate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
