IT Coordinator

The Madonna Inn is looking for an innovative IT Coordinator to ensure all areas of the hotel are supported with proper computer systems in accordance with the brand standards of the hotel and company.

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephone systems throughout the resort property. Additionally responsible for Information Technology issues, products, and services at the property. Provides user training and support of all property/site systems. Coordinates network enhancements, hardware and software support. Also assists with maintaining inventory of all hardware products and software licenses, and reviews maintenance agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field preferred.
• 5+ years in a lead role in IT, including at least 3 as the sole on-site technical owner of a multi-system environment. Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-outlet work is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Apple Ios
• Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.
• Experience with these Hospitality related applications and or systems preferred: (Opera – PMS, Simphony – POS, Retail Pro – POS, World Cinema, Digital West – PABX, Mind Body)
• Must be flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Many people have asked for a history of Madonna Inn, so with this brief story, we will attempt to tell you how it all began.
The first 12 rooms were completed December 24, 1958, and were given complementary for that night’s stay, to a very surprised group of travelers. An additional 28 rooms were quickly built, making a total of 40 rooms available to travelers.
Demand for public areas to handle the rooms encouraged us in April 1960 to start construction of the main inn, which was to eventually consists of the wine cellar, bakery, coffee shop, dining room, the cocktail lounge, banquet rooms, ladies’ boutique, men’s gift shop, and the gourmet shop.
One hundred ten unique rooms now exist, each decorated differently to suit many individual tastes...rock rooms, waterfall showers, rock fireplaces, European fixtures, and fine furnishings to name a few.
