Test Technician I
Location:
San Luis Obispo, CA
Pay Range: $23-$27hr.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Follow Purifier Work Instructions and document any discrepancies accurately.
Safelyfacilitatepurification systems by securingappropriate gaslines and operating systems under specific engineering and quality control standards.
Test a variety of complex systems using mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection equipment, ensuring proper system start-up and operation.
Perform automated and manual Standard Test Procedures, STP, interpret results, and complete all related paperwork diligently.
Diagnose errors or technical problems, partner with Engineering teams todeterminesolutions, and updatedocumentationas necessary.
7-10 years’ experience in a technical role, or a relevant technical degree or certification.
Extensive knowledge of electronics or mechanical systems.
Background in high-temperature processing equipment is preferred.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems such as Oracle or JD Edwards.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word programs.
