  Endoscopy/procedural care

• - Support bronchoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) procedures, including patient monitoring during the procedure and post-sedation recovery.
• - Monitor physiological and psychological status during procedures; recognize alterations and respond to changes to ensure patient safety and appropriate discharge criteria.
• - Provide clear and concise post-procedure instructions and assist with follow-up education at discharge.
• - Interpret and apply diagnostic data from labs, radiology, and EKGs; use findings to inform the nursing care plan.
• - Maintain familiarity with equipment and supplies used for procedures, including proper cleaning, handling, and adherence to infection control practices.

• - Active Registered Nurse license in California
• - Endoscopy/procedural nursing experience or demonstrated interest in endoscopy settings
• - Ability to work rotating shifts in a hospital/endoscopy environment
• - Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• - Effective patient education and communication abilities
• - Knowledge of infection control practices and proper equipment handling
