Plumbing Service Technician - San Luis Obispo, CA

• Base Salary plus Bonus - Average of $90,000 with the potential to make up to $180,000!

• Receive dispatch notifications, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices using a company-provided iPad.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly.
• Perform water heater repairs and installations.
• Clear clogged drains using various cable machines.
• Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements.
• Perform crawl space and under-home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs.
• Provide multiple options to customers in the form of "Good, Better, Best."
• Provide clear explanations of diagnoses and proper solutions.

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience is required.
• MUST have a valid California driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to be a team player.
