Van Builder / Assembly / Aftermarket Component Installer and RV Technician
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22 - $30+ per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Every other Friday off)
Week 1: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Week 2: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

We are looking for an experienced
, skilled, motivated, and detail‑oriented individual to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have a passion for cutting‑edge builds, and experience in RV, expedition vehicles, marine, or 12V electrical systems, this could be your next great opportunity.
- Build and assemble key components for custom vans with precision and craftsmanship.
- Install accessories and essential features while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Operate power tools (drills, grinders, saws) to drill, grind, cut, and fasten materials.
- Follow build procedures, blueprints, and safety guidelines meticulously.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- REQUIRED: Hands‑on experience in RV, marine, or 12V electrical systems, including knowledge of Victron and Eco Flo components. At this time, we will only consider candidates with relevant RV technician experience.
