Updike Distribution Logistics, LLC is a driver-friendly regional carrier serving the Southwest. The role features starting pay of 55 CPM with a mileage bonus up to 60.5 CPM, plus hourly options and various pay add-ons for layover, detention, and extra stops.
Bonuses include Safety Production, Production, and a $500 Transition Bonus, plus a $2,500 retention bonus after 180 days. Orientation is paid, and benefits after 90 days cover health, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, and holiday/vacation pay.
