You'll play an important role in keeping vendor relationships strong, invoices accurate, and payments running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable managing competing deadlines, and confident following up with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

What You'll Do:

• Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documentation before payment.
• Match invoices against purchase orders, receiving records, and vendor agreements.
• Assign appropriate general ledger codes and departmental expense allocations.
• Maintain vendor profiles, payment terms, and updated contact information.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances.
• Respond to vendor questions regarding invoice status, credits, and payment timelines.
• Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and payment scheduling.
• Review employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Track invoices awaiting approvals and follow up with department managers.
• Support month-end close by reviewing open invoices and preparing AP reports.
• Maintain organized records for audits and internal accounting reviews.
