You will play a vital role in ensuring that every patient receives the care they need, when and where they need it, while mentoring and supporting our team of float providers. • Champion Patient Care – Provide Primary Care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network. Join a 1:4 Saturday Clinic Rotation (replaces one weekday clinic).
• Enhance Clinical Operations – Streamline processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency. 18 locations open 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
• See 25 patients per day in 15-minute scheduling blocks | 2:1 MA to Provider Ratio, 3 exam rooms to rotate between.
• Shape the Future of Healthcare – True Care uses OCHIN’s EPIC EMR platform.

• Active or Pending California Medical License.
• Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Commitment to Patient-Centered Care & Health Equity.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (Preferred but not required).

• 4 days per week (flexible & dynamic role).

• Competitive Compensation & Benefits – $220K-$300K inclusive of salary, leadership bonus, and incentive bonus. Eligibility for NHSC Student Loan Repayment Plans $75K+.

The pay range for this role is $235,000 - $365,000 on a salary basis. Pay transparency: salary determined based on education, knowledge, skills, and experience, with attention to pay equity and internal equity.
