The Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Spring 2026 to teach CE 310:
Introduction to Computer Engineering Laboratory. The successful candidate will collaborate with the lecture instructor and teach the laboratory portion of the course.

- Teach the laboratory portion of CE 310:
Introduction to Computer Engineering Laboratory. - Collaborate with the lecture instructor to ensure laboratory activities align with course objectives.
- A master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Teaching experience in an electrical engineering or related class
- Per the CSU Out-of-State Employment Policy, working in California is a condition of employment.
- Teaching experience with VHDL or Verilog Programming for Xilinx, or an engineering class
- Electrical Engineering industry or research experience
- Experience with ABET reporting
- Demonstrated commitment to actively engaging undergraduates in the classroom or laboratory through research-informed pedagogical practices
- Commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and intercultural competence in teaching
- Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,507 - $6,008 per full-time month
- The salary schedule information for the Lecturer - Academic Year Classification is available based on ranges: CSU Classification Salary Range Lecturer A - AY: $5,507 - $6,677 per full-time month
