School Psychologist - San Marcos

Location: San Marcos, CA

Schedule: Varies per assignment, typically Monday‑Friday, school hours

Employment type: Full Time, Part Time

Pay: $50‑55 per hour

Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced School Psychologists to join our San Diego Behavioral Team for the 2025‑2026 school year (and beyond). This position allows you to focus on meaningful, student‑centered work, while enjoying the flexibility and professional growth that comes through working with a trusted staffing partner.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide consultation and guidance to support behavioral, emotional, and academic interventions.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure effective support and outcomes.
  • Deliver individual and group counseling services as needed to address social‑emotional development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school‑wide decision‑making.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
What You’ll Need
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Educational Psychology, School Psychology, or a related field (California Commission‑approved program) with a specialization in school psychology.
  • Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPS).
  • Experience working with school‑aged children (supervised experience or internship capacity).
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation.
