Under supervision of the Associate Dean for the College of Education, Health & Human Services (CEHHS) and the Student Services & Success Lead, the Intake Student Services Specialist is responsible for providing basic student services and advising for the CEHHS student services program, supporting prospective students, applying students, and students nearing program completion, with an emphasis on the CEHHS’s Teacher Credential program population.
The incumbent will work closely with the Student Services & Success Lead and Student Services Specialists to develop positive collaborative relationships with the CEHHS Teacher Credential program population, assist higher level Student Services Professionals, and maintain effective working relationships with student organizations, campus partners, and external stakeholders.
Intake Student Services Specialist (Student Services Professional IB). This is a full-time, temporary, non-exempt position ending on or before one year from date of hire. Reappointment depends on performance and administrative considerations. The university reserves the right to terminate earlier.
Pay, Benefits, and Work ScheduleAnticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4,482 – $4,600 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $4,482 – $6,342 per month
Salary commensurate with experience.

Required to work in person on campus.
