The Financial Services Professional is a full-time, and part-time Hybrid role based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. In this position, the professional meets with clients to assess their financial needs and goals, presents suitable life insurance and annuity options, and develops personalized financial strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate client records.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and carrier partners, attending training sessions, and staying current on industry products, regulations, and best practices. The professional is expected to build long-term client relationships, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to the growth of Eagles Financial’s presence in the local market.

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Services to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience or training in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to support clients in building long-term strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Relevant licenses or willingness to obtain appropriate life insurance and annuity licenses as required by state regulations.
• Proven ability to work in a client-facing, sales-oriented environment with a focus on ethics and compliance.
• Comfort with on-site work in the San Diego Metropolitan Area and flexibility to meet with clients during varied hours as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is beneficial but not required; equivalent experience is valued.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
