We’re currently hiring Home Care Aides in the North County region. In this role, you’ll offer meaningful, one‑on‑one, non‑medical care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
• Support with daily routines like grooming, medication reminders, or mobility assistance
• Help with errands or provide transportation, if needed
• Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required)
• Negative TB test or chest X‑ray (per state requirements)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
